Had a family member out of town and left their older Toyota Camry with faded older paint. The vehicle looked its age so was a perfect “training exercise” in paint restoration and coating. I brought the car in and did a full pain decontamination and clay bar before doing a two step paint correction and polish on the paint. The paint at this point looked shockingly good. I was very excited in how good the paint looked before putting anything on it (wax, sealant, coating). I put one layer of CarPro UK 3.0 ceramic coating on the paint and let it cure overnight. I then topped it with CarPro Reload to add a sacrificial layer on top of the coating. The results were spectacular. When the family member returned home, they were shocked at the surprise waiting in the garage. They truly thought I had the car repainted. (As did their neighbor). The coating should last 3 years with proper care.
